We’ve lived and worked in the Richardson area since 1994. We had a background in several other business operations with a commercial laundry service, building maintenance of several government buildings and home cleaning. We came to Texas for the environment, the clean air, the endless amounts of sun in the summer, and the vast outdoor opportunities that exist. We would love to say that we got into Janitorial because we have a passion for cleaning. But truth be told, we have a passion for providing relevant value to others more. The idea of our janitorial company came when one of our founding members was having a conversation at a Sports Show. Unbeknown to him, he was chatting with a midtown office manager who was disappointed in how her office wasn’t receiving the cleaning service that she had been expecting and had recently had a business falling out. Upon hearing this, the idea of a janitorial service started by first looking to see if we could provide a better service for her. From there, we had one client for about four months, and our operations were small and weren’t looking to take on many clients. Still, a similar conversation arose again with another property manager on being disappointed with the cleaning practices of their janitorial provider and, thus, our continual growth. These two conversations led to our Janitorial Service and what it is today. We are a proud local company that seeks to treat everyone from the heart.
